We take our Health and Safety responsibilities extremely seriously. We are committed to training our staff to strive towards continual improvement and awareness in this aspect of their work and ensuring our main contractors treat the subject as seriously as we do.

Through regular consultation with our employees, we ensure everyone has a role in our  Health and Safety culture. We also carry out regular reviews of our health and safety performance to ensure best practices are observed at all times.

Health & safety measures we employ include:

• All workers hold CSCS cards relevant to their roles
• All management and site supervisors first aid trained
• Workers receive a Vosseler induction when starting new sites to back up any client or main contractor site inductions
• Regular tool box talks to keep workers informed of particular hazards as they arise on site or in connection with a task we are about to undertake
• Use of Yellow Jacket online Health & Safety Management system to record and monitor our health and safety performance
• Regular reviews of our health and safety performance to ensure best practices are observed at all times
• Plant and equipment is regularly inspected and maintained, and proper training given to workers on it’s use
