We tendered on a fairly open design brief but to a strict performance specification.
We offered various options within the systems so that certain areas or types of offices and meeting rooms met different criteria – rather than a “one size fits all
solution”.
We provided schedules of rates for individual parts of the various solid and glazed systems. These schedules included large projects and rates for MAC & churn works whether during normal working hours or out of hours overnight and at weekends. These rates were freely available to all of the client’s in house and external professional teams for early budgeting purposes.
We offered a maximum 2 week lead-in for pre-fabricating systems for moves and changes and churn works (compared to up to 6 – 8 weeks for some competitors)
